Hello pretties 👋🏼
Super sorry about the no show for the past month, my life has been a bit of a whirlwind and changed a lot and very quickly. If you follow me on insta (which I’m guessing you do if you’ve found this), then you’ll know I’ve recently moved away from home and into uni accommodation. This past month has been crazy busy trying to get everything organised, but it’s been so fun and exciting starting a new chapter of my life. One which has included me going shopping a LOT more while I wait for my uni schedule and online lectures to be sorted out. I mean, shopping is honestly one of my favourite things to do ever. Plus, I get to share it all on here so it’s a win win.
First up I thought I’d include this cute little vid of all the new pieces I’ve bought so that you can see how they look on and not just on a hanger. Although the reality is I’m now obsessed with tiktok and spend hours on there + I love making these vids so why the heck not.
BERSHKA This is my new fave for chilling because it is so comfy. I like the way you can wear it chilled or you can tie it into a crop. I also love how I’ve paired this with the leather skirt and my dr martens, cute Pinterest outfits are my new obsession hehe. There are also different colour ways which are also super cute.
ZARAI first saw this two-piece on Pinterest (shock), and then found it in Zara and nearly passed out with excitement. I love that it matches, because I find it just makes an outfit look more put together when in reality it makes things way easier. Autumn is definitely my favourite season for fashion, and I’ll be getting plenty of wear out of this gorg set.
Elle Darby showed these on her insta story, and straight away I knew I had to get them. I was a bit worried about the length because of my long legs, but I think they look good with my dr martens. These scream autumnal vibes for me which I absolutely love. Zara have these in a few colours and I think they’re such a staple in any wardrobe.
I don’t know they’ve done it, but some how shoulder pads are back in fashion and I’m obsessed! This top is so lush and fits so well. The material is so thick and perfect for these cooler days. I’m really loving neutral colours atm if you haven’t already noticed so this is definitely going to be one of my favourites during fall.
Another staple coming right up. I loved the colour of this and it’s perfect for the transitioning weather right now. Also, this is going to be fab for layering up on the colder days. The material is really good and it was so comfy to wear.
PRIMARK 6. Cream knitted vest
Oh my days, my new fave thing ever. This is so cute! I’ve wanted a knitted vest to wear over a big white shirt, over polo necks, over t-shirts, but they’re just sold out or super expensive. I know this one isn’t exactly the same but it’s still super cute and also comfy enough to wear on its own if it’s not cold enough to layer. Also, was an absolute bargain at £7.
7. Nude puffer coat
Oops, I did it again. I bought a new coat. Hehe, no regrets. This baby was £30 and that is so good for the quality of this. I knew I had to get it as soon as I laid eyes on it. It’s already been a life saver with all this crazy weather we have going on atm, and I know I’ll definitely be getting lots of wear out of it this year and next year.
8. Black sports crop top
This was £4, I repeat four pounds! The quality of this is amaze, if I didn’t know it was our gal Primark then I’d guess it was definitely a more expensive gym wear brand. They had this in a few different colours, like black, dark gray, light grey and a pink one too. If you manage to find these tops they’re definitely worth picking up. Even just for chilling, they’re super comfy.
9. Nude knot headband
We all know I’m a headband gal so this was an investment purchase for my hair accessories basket lol. Primark always have pretty accessories and they are always such reasonable prices too. Unlike Claire’s lol that just used to scam all us 11 year olds who used to love walking around the pines and spending all our mula on one tiny hair clip. Anyways, moving on haha.
STRADIVARIUSSoooooo, basically I’ve wanted something like this for a few weeks now but everyone I’ve found has been super expensive. Cough, cough, £69.99 in Zara (cry). I’ve been into Stradivarius a good few times this past fortnight and never seen this, and then I went today and boom. Let’s just say it was meant to be, plus there was 20% off so I was loving life! This is going to be worn the death out of and I’m not sorry about it.
11. Leather bralet
This is absolutely stun! I saw this and was like, yup I need that for the autumn aesthetic. I love how I could wear this so many different ways. To go out out, layered over a shirt, over a t-shirt, underneath my new leather shirt jacket for a co-ord vibe, literally anything. Such a vibe.
I’ve been looking for an oversized white shirt for weeeeks. Even been downstairs to the men’s section in Primark and still no luck. Well today, Stradivarius was my bestie and supplied all the goods. I love how this shirt is oversized but has the beaut waist detailing so that you don’t just look like you’ve pinched your gramps shirt, you know? This shirt is so flattering and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking to get one for AW20. Ove said it before, but I’m going to say it again..... absolute staple piece in any wardrobe!
Well that’s it for my fall haul hunnies. My bank account is definitely glad I’ve just said that, but I love getting pieces I know I’ll wear a lot and for multiple years too. Hopefully I’ll get my arse in gear and not take as long to post the next one lol. Just waiting on my proper uni timetable so that I can start planning and getting into a routine.
