Hello huns, I hope you’re all doing well.

This week I thought I’d do a post on my haircare holygrails. There’s a couple of products in here that really are my ride or dies. I’m so lazy with my hair because it just takes soooooo long to wash, brush, dry, straighten like I just cba and honestly take my hat off to anyone who manages this more than once/twice a week (that’s all I ever wash mine 🤣). Also, I never wear hats and now I’m sat here wondering how I just thought of saying that. Who knows? Anyways enough rambling from me let’s get on with it.

First off has to be my loves. The Garnier Ultimate Blends Coconut Milk & Macadamia Shampoo & Conditioner. My hair used to get so frizzy when I would dry it and then it would look really dry and not in good condition......and then I started using these 🤩🤩. I’ve honestly used this shampoo and conditioner for 3, nearly 4 years now (obvs there’s been the occasional time where I haven’t but you catch my drift) and honestly it’s made such a difference to my hair. No more frizzy JT, my hair now has a cute little shine to it, it looks in better condition and my favourite part, it smells INCRED. Plus it’s also a decent price at £4 a bottle, but there’s also nearly always a deal on somewhere and it’s usually like bogof or half price etc. Honestly couldn’t recommend this combo enough, and they also do a few different ones for different hair types. I’ve tried the Delicate Oat range and the smell of that is soooo dreamy, it just didn’t tame the frizz :(. Honestly gals, you need to get these in your haircare routine asap. I’ll leave a link for the ultimate blends range here for you to have a browse. You can see what one is best for you and then they sell them at Superdrug, Boots, home bargs, b&m, Tesco, Wilko, literally everywhere really.

While were on the topic of shampoo and conditioner, I also tried the new Garnier Ultimate Blends Hair Food range that they’ve brought out. I wanted to try these because the packaging looked cool and they have a vegan formula. I obvs stuck with the coconut ones because they were the ones for frizzy hair but they don’t smell like coconut at all. They were selling out super quick when they first came out so I only managed to get the shampoo and conditioner (I did want to try the hair mask but still haven’t been able to get my hands on it yet). Ngl, I probs won’t get these again purely because I don’t think they’re worth £5.99 a bottle and I’m literally attached to my fave ones I mentioned above. But, I mean if your looking for vegan products these are pretty okay. I have found that I have to use a lot more product while using these ones compared to the ones above, I’m not sure if these have a higher water content in them maybe? No idea, but I’d definitely recommend checking out the Garnier ultimate blends range (p.s please sponsor me now hehe).

Next up is the Aussie Miracle Moist Conditioning Spray. Just noticing that the packaging has changed slightly too but it is the same one. This I love to use on my hair when it’s wet or dry tbh. It leaves your hair feeling so soft and also smelling amaze! Not every time, but sometimes I like to spray this on my hair wet just before I dry it to give it an extra bit of conditioning. Most of the time though I use it on dry hair when it needs a bit of help looking fresher and also when I’m styling my hair if I want to make it smell gorg. Aussie do a few different sprays including a detangling one, and a frizz calming one which l bet are just as amazing as the one I use.

Moving right onto Lee Stafford products. Literally I have been obsessed with Lee Stafford products since I was 15 and got a huge bag full of these amaze products for so cheap at the clothes show up in Birmingham on a school trip. Thinking back now I hope that still happens, well obvs not now miss rona’s still about, but like when it’s safe I really want to go again because that was such a good day and I got so many good bargains. Anyways, I’m supposed to be talking about my haircare holygrails and that has to include the dry shampoo, de-humidifier spray and heat protect spray. First off, as mentioned above I leave my hair a good few days in between washes so dry shampoo is a must for me. I know this one is slightly on the more expensive side but it’s just worth it. You don’t have to use that much to sort out your hair and the smell reminds me of a hair salon. I mean you could just go classic batiste but I would say I prefer how this leaves my hair looking. Next is the dehumidifier spray. I don’t use this too often but for the days when the humidity is high then I grab this straight away. This helps with the dreaded humidity frizz and keeps your hair sorted for hours. This lasts me so long, I’m literally still on my second bottle and I’ve been using this for years. Last but definitely not least is the heat protect spray, take care of your hair hunnies! I tried a few cheap heat protect sprays when I was younger but honetsly this is the best one I’ve tried. Definitely worth the mula and actually works on keeping your hair in good condition.

I actually love writing these blogs like it’s so much fun for me to ramble on about all my go to products hehe. I hope you’ve loved this one too, let me know if there’s anything here that you use/ plan on getting and if there’s anything you’d like me to blog about in the next few weeks. Stay safe pretties and remember that I’m always here for a chat whenever needed 😇
